I have been a customer at Bob Pion for over 20 years. They always provide an excellent service experience. Despite my wife's 2011 Buick Regal being out of warranty, I will continue to go to Bob Pion for service since I know they will treat both the car and me correctly. When my wife is ready for a new vehicle, it will be purchased at Bob Pion.

I called within the last month or so to verify that I had one more complimentary oil change from my CPO purchase. I was told yes, I did. When I arrived yesterday, I was told it had expired 2/15. In a perfect world, that might not have happened, not what I was expecting, in any event.
