first of all I have been using this dealership for 6-7 years and have been happy. Like everyone today there were some staffing issue which hurt communication and the speed of service. This service on a caddy was more costly than I hoped but in the end Bob Pion delivered and my caddy performance model is back. I will keep using Bob P[on and would encourage others to use them.
