Came in for a recall on my 2015 GMC Sierra. I was met by Justin who introduced me to the service staff who were very professional. While waiting I asked to be shown some of the newer models and Justin took time to explain some of the differences from my vehicle and the 2020 GMC's. A service tech found a problem that I never noticed and my truck was going to need to stay overnight. Was given a ride home and picked up the following day when promised. All work was done under warranty at no cost to me. My thanks to Justin and the Pion staff for their professional courtesy.
