The service representative, Tom, was friendly and communicated progress and nature of my service clearly. The waiting space was comfortable and the service was efficient. I gave a lower rating because while the print out says that a multipoint inspection was done on my vehicle, i did not get that report. I do not know what the life of my tires are and was told that my brakes are around halfway to their life span only because I asked. For vehicles that are as technologically advanced as my XT4, I am just surprised that unlike our Mercedes and even my previous car, a Nissan Maxima, we do not have a digital portal with a more detailed report on the vehicle's maintenance. This is certainly something that would enhance the overall experience.
