I just showed up at the Service Department on a Monday morning, my car battery had died over the weekend and I had it on a charger so that I had just enough juice to get to the dealership. I was taken in and helped immediately. The initial test of the battery showed that it was in fairly good shape, but then they did the 'load' test and the battery failed miserably. My 2019 GMC Acadia Denali is still under full bumper to bumper warranty so they changed the battery for me and I was on my way. I am very pleased with the customer service I received.
