Don learned the auto business at an early age from his father, Bob Pion. Currently the whole family works together including Don, his wife Kathy, their two sons Rob and Tom, and even Midge (the fur-child) has responsibilities too.
Don presently serves on the Board of Trustees of Noble Hospital and was the past chair. He is also previously a board member of Junior Achievement and Past President of Southwick Rotary.
Cars are Don's true passion. He shares, "Cars and trucks are an integral part of everyone's life, it's exciting to be involved in finding the right vehicle for someone and making the experience enjoyable for them." Don's love of cars can be seen in his two classics: a 1950 five window GMC pickup and a 1970 Buick Skylark convertible.
Rob's grandfather was the founder of Bob Pion Buick GMC. He has literally grown up in the industry with his Grandfather, Dad, and brother. Officially he has been working in the family business for 11 years. He is a graduate of NADA Dealer Academy. His favorite thing about the auto industry is the ever changing product.
Rob lives with his new bride, Rosa, in Westfield and enjoys boating and golf when not at the dealership.
