I was treated with kindness and respect. I was told how long I might be there, I was asked about filters that needed changing and I appreciate that I was asked and not made to feel bullied into adding to the cost of my services. Very pleased overall!

With the pending snow storm, I was able to leave my car over night using the drop off service which was helpful. Everything that was requested to be done was completed. One nice touch would of been having my car washed after my service.

I don���t have an issue with the dealership however, that leaves a lot to be said about the manufacturer. I purchased what they call a new lemon. I don���t feel that I purchased a new car at all but, one with faulty workmanship. Very disappointed with GM.

I purchased a 2014 GMC 1500 Sierra in March of 2020. Later, I noticed rust bubbling up underneath the paint on the passenger side door. I reported this to your dealership in October. I have not received a response on this inquiry. There should be no corrosion underneath the paint. I am looking for a fix. I intend to keep this vehicle for a while.
