I watched several of Pion's employees did their best to assist customers get with their needs. No ones' concern no matter the nature of that concern. This atmosphere of assistance is not contrived but actually a part of the employees character.

The experience was very pleasant and professional. John, our salesman, was great. He was very strait forward and to the point. He understood what we were looking for in a truck and quickly found a vehicle that matched our expectations.There was no pressure to buy anything and the whole afternoon was very relaxed.
I had my oil change and when I took my care out that night it told me I was out of oil. I called the next morning and was told I had to bring the car back in. I was at the dealership for 20 minutes before they confirmed that I had oil but that someone did not reset the computer in the car. I was over 30 minutes late for work and got in some pretty big trouble today. I would have thought that with a problem like this the car could have been looked at the minute I drove in.
