We had a major problem with my 2011 terrain. It was a known problem. I think the service persons name was Beth. She told me to bring the car right in. She was courteous and continued to call me with updates while my car was being repaired.

Went for an oil change and recall. Tech froze vehicle computer during download because battery life ran out during download. Took six days to get vehicle back while I'm paying 450. A month for the lease. Did not receive an apology or even a car wash.
