    I previously made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was at the dealership for approximately 2.5 hrs, which seems to be extreme.

    We were in for a recall on our 2017 Enclave concerning the airbag. We had an appointment at 10:00am. No waiting (Bob Pion. Chicopee Ma) they took us right on time. Work was completed quickly. Got home quicker than they thought.

    I recently lost connection to Sirius radio. I purchased this vehicle from Bob Pion over a year ago and had no problems with Sirius until about a month ago. Upon notifying Sirius , they made numerous attempts and failed to reconnect me. Since this was a factory installed component they suggested to go back to a GM dealer for a “ possible “ antenna issue. They also mentioned that this has been an issue with GM installed systems.. As discussed with the service representative, I still have AM , FM, and GPS service. The service representative advised of the initial service evaluation charge of.$190.00 . Since I did purchase a full warranty with the purchase of this vehicle I was under the assumption of full coverage. However I was advised that he would have to report a failed component in order for coverage. The representative called me to advise that the service mechanic has not been able to find a problem during an initial check and estimates it may take an additional three to four hours just to find the problem due to the fact that he would have to remove parts of the interior sections. A decision was made not to pursue this any farther. I am somewhat disappointed that since Sirius mentioned that this problem has existed with certain GM vehicles and this dealership was not aware of it. I failed to ask the representative ( who was by means very concerned and cooperative) if any there was any communication with GM about this issue. Unfortunately I did not want to spend that amount of money just to find the problem that possibly would not have been covered in the warranty.

    Probably my tenth or eleventh vehicle from Bob Pion's. I've worked with the same sales person for most of them. Always treated well and given fair prices for purchases and trade-in's. Service department does a good job of keeping my cars running smooth! It's the friendly service and family atmosphere that keep me coming back.
