I was told that the noise with my truck could not be found and that everything was all set. I paid my bill and walked out. Once outside I read the report and there it stated that my A/C was inoperable and making a noise! Why wasn’t I told?? I had to read it and go back inside to deal with an issue that should have not only be told to me but done so over the phone!

Chris from service went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. It originally went in for an oil change and tire rotation and to look at the check engine light. then had to go back for the check engine light, due to it having keep coming back on. My husband found that my car was under extended warranty for the repair. Chris called the extended warranty company got the repair done and didn't charge the extra for the labor since they had to take my car so long and made sure I had a rental car for the time. I highly recommend Bob Pion and will continue to do service there and when it comes time to get a new vehicle I will buy my vehicle there like my husband instead of Beterera Chevy like I did
I had several issues on my 2017 GMC Acadia All Terrain that needed addressing. Oscar from the service department worked very hard to get all of my issues resolved. He is an asset to your dealership and a very cordial and detail oriented staff member. I look forward to having the dealership maintain my vehichle.
