I was there for routine service. The service representative was friendly and efficient, and explained what the service included. Everybody else I came in contact with at the dealership also greeted me with a friendly smile. The work was completed in a timely manner.

It was a warranty job couldn't get a loaner vehicle so i had to uber to and from work monday through thursday . I spent close to 100 dollars on uber and when i asked for a complementary oil change request not honored. Was also told my flex pipe was leaking and it would be 210 dollars to fix when i agreed to that price and gave the ok to fix i show up Thursday and was told it was 309.95 total . Was not happy with that. So no loaner 4 days to fix haveing to uber and false quote for flex pipe and no oil change i should have taken it to central chev
