The service department is leaps and bounds above another other department I’ve been to in the past. The technicians/mechanics are very detail oriented and make sure that everything is in perfect running condition. The service advisors go beyond what other companies would do, they make sure we have proper amenities (coffee/snacks) and are comfortable waiting. They keep us updated on what the techs are finding and letting us know how much longer something will take.

I waited over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. When I scheduled this appt, I selected 15,000mi service. The service rep told me that this added over $200 to the price and included things like a wheel alignment and other time consuming options, none of which were required in the manual. I was told we were in a “severe” condition location. I opted for just the oil change and tire rotation. I later checked the manual and the “normal” and “severe” services are identical at 15,000mi. A simple inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Thank God I didn’t get the “Pion 15,000mi Service”, I’d probably still be waiting.
