Appointment at 8am for oil change and tire rotation, showed up at 7:37 waiting for car. Car was brought into service area at 7:50, I have had this appointment before and it was always done in a timely matter as I would not be late for work. This time my car did not come out of the service area until 9am and my paper work and keys were on the service desk for another 15 minutes, this was unacceptable for the service that was performed, I was now late for work and no explanation why this took so long. I did not say anything to the service manager as I needed to get to work, and did not want cause a scene in the showroom. But he did not even acknowledge how long I had to wait.
