You had a customer not wearing a mask in plain site for at least a half an hour before I went to the front desk to complain. I understand there are signs on the door but nobody ensuring your other customers safety. I have photos!!!

well first of all the communication was poor. I had to contact you for updates regarding my equinox. Then i paid $162 and i STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I even left the car overnight so maybe you could do your jobs and diagnose the problem. Appearently if the computer doesn't tell you what to do you are clueless.
