aggressive at first, then information slow to come. Internet was not helpful, no response to numerous inquiries if the vehicle was available. Only when I visited the dealership did the sales began.

First thing in the morning is a great time for a vehicle service. The two individuals running the service desk did a great job of getting the vehicle logged in ... and away we go. The fellow who performed the service seems to have done a great job as the tires were rotated, all of the setting on the dash screen were all reset and a new sticker located up in the left hand corner of the windshield informing me when it's due once again. It was finished rather quickly with no aggravation or hassles and I was again on my way. These guys are good, and very easy to work with. Thankful, happy and satisfied with the experience. Oh, just for the record, these surveys are a pain in the butt.

Kyle did a great job! A week prior to my visit, I showed Kyle the part on my car that needed replacing. He ordered the part and it was on hand when I dropped off my car. Kyle even called me prior to my visit to inform that the part did in fact arrive. I dropped my car off yesterday morning. Kyle called me with a progress update and then called me when my car was ready to be picked up. Great service! I couldn't ask for anything more. Good job!
