The customer service rep was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the online system to make appointments doesn't work like it should so most of the services I requested to be completed did NOT get done. I also was told by the parts/service rep that I 'didn't enter in the right information on my car/VIN number' but it didn't ask me for that information. He also neglected to ask me for anything besides what was written in the comments box in regards to the services I was coming in for......so if I hadn't also asked for an inspection, he would have had zero information to go by??? So either the computer system needs a serious overhall, staff are not being observant or both..... now I have to come back in to get everything else taken care of.
