Appointment scheduled for 10 and waited until 11:30 because they told me everyone else had appointments probably because of the holiday weekend but why schedule so many appointments if we have to wait so long for an oil change

When I arrived, Tom checked me in and asked if there were any other concerns with my vehicle. I explained what I had been experiencing and he asked permission to check it out. The team worked on my vehicle, cost was what I had expected because Tom came to tell me what the issue was and how to fix it. She is now running smooth as silk and I have had only great things to tell folks about this dealership since I purchased my Encore!!!
