Scheduling is simple, they always check my warranty coverage, and they’ve been great about providing a loaner vehicle when needed. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because this will be my third visit for the same issue, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I’m hopeful they’ll find the problem this time because the customer service has been excellent, I live 35 min away, so this is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars, otherwise the professionalism, the scheduling, the checking out process is 5 stars all the way !!Response from Bob Pion Buick GMC

CHICOPEE, MA | 2018 GMC 1500 SierraJuly 14, 2026My son, and I have been a long time customers of Bob Pion. Nancy, Joe, and the staff are exceptional very friendly. Very much so being treated like family. A dealership that knows your name. The only thing I noticed that needs improvement is a third sheet needs to be attached to the RO which is the multi point inspection sheet. it’s very important for customers to see exactly what else their vehicle may need in the future or need now. I find it also a piece of mind. I recently had worked on my 2018 GMC Sierra on Monday, July 13, 2026. Picked up my truck at the end of the day and noticed that the sheet was never attached. Granted it was an A tech working on the vehicle, but how am I supposed to know how many millimeters are left on the brake pads or possibly other items that are faulty. other than that, I really trust the integrity and workmanship, and quality of Bob Pion.
