I brought my vehicle in for a warranty-related service, and it was returned to me in terrible condition. The entire engine cover was covered in spilled oil, everything was dirty, and no one bothered to clean up after the work was completed. Despite this being a brand-new vehicle with only 6,410 miles, after the service was completed the coolant level was still at the minimum mark. It was not topped off, nor was this mentioned to me. On top of that, the interior was returned dirty, with seats and surfaces smeared with what appears to be hand sanitizer or grease. This is a new vehicle, and I expect it to be treated with care and professionalism. Why is this considered acceptable at your dealership? This level of service is extremely disappointing.

Car was left overnight and was not looked at by 1:00PM. It was looked at shortly after and was found to need a lightbulb which had to be ordered.
