HOWEVER Joe at the desk was polite when I dropped my truck off, but right after I dropped it off he became more short almost rude with his responses. The delays in updates were unacceptable and then when he did get back to me he was very short almost dismissive. I will tell all my friends and family not to deal with this dealership. I was told on several days that my truck wouldn't be touched due to having only one tech at work. So because your employees dont come to work I have to pay for another day of rental car fees. I dont ever want to deal with this dealership again in life. Thank you Janelle!!!Paul S
