Janelle was very kind and polite throughout the entire time my truck was being serviced. HOWEVER Joe at the desk was polite when I dropped my truck off, but right after I dropped it off he became more short almost rude with his responses. The delays in updates were unacceptable and then when he did get back to me he was very short almost dismissive. I will tell all my friends and family not to deal with this dealership. I was told on several days that my truck wouldn't be touched due to having only one tech at work. So because your employees dont come to work I have to pay for another day of rental car fees. I dont ever want to deal with this dealership again in life. Thank you Janelle!!!

They never rotated my tires and checked my tires pressure I noticed when I got home. Wait for my service for 3 hours with no loaner. I had to bring my GMC to Maryland for work and having a GMC dealer checking my pressure switch in MD and they told me that my truck is not from the dealer. I told him my truck is from the dealer. I always have no problems with Bob Poin.
